I have loaded an UR file including Icons from the Eclipse project to the Outlinertips page:

Save the UR file by choosing 'Save target as...' to your drive.
Then open the file in UR. You will see a list with the Eclispe icons.
Mark the icons you want to use in an UR file and the choose 'Copy'.
Paste the choosen icons into the file where you want to use them.
Now you can use these additional icons by opening the Items Attributes pane and change the icon with the drop down list in the at the Icon attribute.
You can change the icon at the templates as well. All new topics created will then be displayed with the new icon.
