I know that using keyboard shortcuts is not suitable for all users. But I think that the keyboard shortcuts can be very helpful when using UR.

Choose
Help -> Keyboard Map -> click on the link 'Default Shortcuts' -> then start with 'Global Shortcuts'

If you learn two or three shortcuts a day then you will have a higher level of producitivty within one month.
You can customize the shortcuts if you don't like the default settings.
