RedNotebook, which has its origins on Linux, is now available as a PortableApp.

It's been mentioned briefly here before. It's a journaling/notetaking app that has a nice scheme for categorizing and tagging entries for retrieval later. Everything's stored as text files and you can export to HTML, Latex and PDF.

Thanks for the heads up; very interesting program. I am quite intrigued by their support to Latex export. I wish more programs would do that.
