Blaming the customer for IS’s issues is in this case sheer scapegoating. Even some long-time, loyal IS users are expressing their chagrin. It’s clear management continues with the same arrogant, ignore the user philosophy which has got IS into this mess in the first place.
Re the apparent removal of import and export functions - it’s been no secret for the last few months that users are looking for ways to lessen or end their relationship with IS by exporting data to such programs as Evernote, OneNote, or Surfulater. Maybe MicroLogic thought they could reduce the exodus by refusing exit visas!
Very sad.

I just found out that v10 will not support Outlook I/O and I guess, after using IS since v1, we will look elsewhere. I need to sync with smart phones and the folks at IS continue to be arrogant programmers, ingoring their end user requests. Every support question I have ever had, and i may have asked maybe 4 question in 10 years, has been answered snotty. I guess this company will be going down the tubes with their attitude. I’ve been in the IT biz for over 30 years and I’ve seen (and worked for) companies driven by closed-minded developers that just didn’t understand marketing and lost it, even though they had the foundation of excellent products. Give the end user what they need and you’ll be successful. Try and give the end user what you THINK they need, or what you want to force on them, and you will fail.
