Ultrarecall v3.0 PRO looks interesting. Can someone give me some help in figuring out how I can use it?

good afternoon:

I have looked at Ultrarecall off and on since it first came out. Early on I had a license and used it a little with some templates for GTD, but I didn’t find it very useful and stopped using it. Also at the time I was using Omea Pro and though it was slow on my computer I found it to be more extremely useful.

The new version is looking fairly attractive, with the ability to import PDF files, and 2 way sync of Outlook. However, I will admit that I am not sure how to use it. Perhaps some of the wizards from this group could help me?

One of the nice things about Omea Pro was that it sucked everything from your computer in, and then let you organize it. I had workspaces for each of my projects and had dragged PDF files, email messages, notes and other pieces of information into each of the workspaces thereby setting up project specific repositories of information. Unfortunately it was really slow on my laptop. Is it possible to do this in Ultrarecall?

Also, one of the pieces from Zoot that I love is the ability to set up smart folders that pull information that matches certain criteria into different folders based on criteria that you set. Anything like this in Ultrarecall?
