I have tested it shortly and found it to be OK. It didn’t feel like a beta software, moreover I’m sure there have been many builds predating version 1 (not like some that start with 1.0).
They seem to be moving towards educational usage, unlike others like MindManager or even Freemind that are more targetted towards business audience and promoted as productivity tools.
If Buzan stays involved and they will keep moving, I’m sure in 3 years it will be very innovative application. Now, they seem to have the basics and those work.

Thomas,
I agree; it feels rather polished for a beta. I only spent a few minutes with it last week, but liked what I saw.
I feel that to get the most out of the app, one would need to be familiar with Buzan’s mind mapping methods, which I am not.
I do hope to spend more time with it in the near future; when I do, I’ll report back here.
