Perhaps you are interested in this software:
http://www.imindmap.com/
But please be aware of this:
- It is an 'early adapter version' -> still beta? They offer a three year free upgrade program
- It looks very colorful -> useful for business use?
- The website is full of marketing hype
I don't know how much Tony Buzan is really involved in the development of this mind mapping tool or if the developer just has paid some money to use his name.

I see what you mean by the hype!! It is difficult to ascertain what the application actually does, and how it differs from similar products on the market, without running the beta - which I don't propose to do,
From the statements & videos on the website, it seems that Mr Buzan has at least a business involvement with the product, and maybe actual design input. It is on his official home page as well.
Even with the 3 year subscription, you are still being asked to pay US$115 for a Beta 1.0 product, something that was discussed in relation to .. er.. a certain other piece of software.

Dominik suggested that the colorful nature of this program suggests that it might be designed for business use. This brought to mind something I realized years ago: Often Powerpoint and similar presentations to upper management are very heavy on colorful presentation gimmicks and very light on meaningful content. It occurred to me that such presentations are the modern equivalent of the illuminated manuscripts that scribes produced at the behest of royalty who could not read, but could boast to their peers about the beautifully illuminated manuscripts they had commissioned.
It also reminds me of a conversation I was told about 30 years ago. My Division head asked my manager, "What is he doing?" My manager replied, "I don't know, but leave him alone. He's bringing in a lot of money."

Here's a review. He's factually accurate about such programs and fairly objective between them. In all instances, however, he is wildly positive.

Thank you for your link to the mindmapping blog.
I have found a more potential and quite reasonably priced MindMapper (US$ 99): NovaMind.

I can't say much about it but I am going to test it.

I have tested it shortly and found it to be OK. It didn't feel like a beta software, moreover I'm sure there have been many builds predating version 1 (not like some that start with 1.0).
They seem to be moving towards educational usage, unlike others like MindManager or even Freemind that are more targetted towards business audience and promoted as productivity tools.
If Buzan stays involved and they will keep moving, I'm sure in 3 years it will be very innovative application. Now, they seem to have the basics and those work.

Thomas,
I agree; it feels rather polished for a beta. I only spent a few minutes with it last week, but liked what I saw.
I feel that to get the most out of the app, one would need to be familiar with Buzan's mind mapping methods, which I am not.
I do hope to spend more time with it in the near future; when I do, I'll report back here.
