Users of outlines for project layouts may be interested in the latest version of ProjectKickstart which has just been released.
From what I've seen, it remains unique in the marketplace in its purpose (the title says it all) and connectivity.

I downloaded PK4 and tried it out extensively; I find it much improved and still extremely intuitive and user-friendly.
Greek character handling is better --Greek characters can be entered and properly displayed in the task tree; they don't however appear properly elsewhere which makes it still unusable for me.
Like when PK3 came out, I wrote a friendly mail to the developers explaining the issue and asking whether it's possible to change the default font scripts. Like then, I have as yet (one week later) received no reply.
