What has become of it? I find a number of mentions on the web, but the Bekon site is offline.

Greetings:
I am a scientist at one of the big pharmaceutical companies that people love to hate.

Visual effects artist.
I check in here occasionally to see if someone has found any small, useful and elegant software for managing a large amount of inter-dependent files and associated data… Especially where the directory structure itself is labyrinthine and unchangeable.

Besides being a trophy husband? I am a recent Ph.D. in history. I found this forum when I was looking for software that would write my dissertation for me. I still lurk here hoping someone will find software to revise my dissertation into an award winning book that will get me an academic job. I’m now on a Mac, using devonthink, scrivener, and Omnioutliner. I miss brainstorm, and I periodically wonder what biblioscape looks like these days.
