May I ask for some help?

I am using Everdesk Optima, mainly because of Quickboard convenience. Although support from EverEz is responsive, Optima has many issues (lack of conversation view for mails) and suffers for the long time without updates.

I've been looking for an alternative, featuring something similar to Quickboard (I use it to manage small projects). No success at all.

Would you suggest me something?

The free Personal Project Planner software developed at the University of Washington's Keeping Found Things Found project may do what you are looking for.

It uses a very simple outline with a built-in template which can be easily modified to bring everything under one roof, so to speak.

To not be put off by thinking it is simplistic in its approach, and do take time to look at supporting site documents, download the software, and peruse the manual.

Simple, free, and effective.

Thank you for your ultra-fast response

I've taken a look at TKFT site and download an app called Planz

It is not exactly what I've imagined (what I like in Quickboard is the flexibility to rearrange folders and files using drag and drop, which is very important to me because my projects change priority everytime. Using drag and drop, I can place them in appropriate areas, according to priority, in a fast and simple way)

But Planz concept seems to be very interesting, and I am going to give it a try.

If I remember wel what the Quickboard does (I don't use it myself), you might also want to try Tabbles http://www.tabbles.net/

I've used and old version of Tabbles and was not impressed at that time. But the newest version seems to be much more interesting

You are right about tabbles, an alternative is TabbedFrog. Also, might try Inbox2 to replace some of the other functions.

I'm currently trying TaggedFrog, and it seems to be very interesting

I've been using Inbox2, but it crashes all the time, so I'll wait for a new version

Detalizer seems to have some kind of error, as it says "Trial period expired" when I try running it
