Biblioscape 7 has been released in alpha, and can be found at http://support.biblioscape.com/node/303 .
The page at http://support.biblioscape.com/node/276 discusses new features, and the reasons why it took longer to develop v 7 than anticipated.
Paul Chen, the developer, has worked consistently with Biblioscape for a number of years, and it was one of the first, if not the first, programs to go beyond being simply a bibliographic program by offering notes, tasks, etc.
