I'm looking for better ways to track my web browsing as it pertains to my research topics.
What pims will save all pages I browse to?
I can click a button in Firefox to copy the currently displayed web pages in all the tabs to Ultra Recall, but that's not the same thing.
I can use the Scrapbook extension with the Auto-Save add-on for this purpose, but I don't think much of Scrapbook's page management capabilities.

I've used the following to accomplish what you need, in my order of preference:
1. WebResearch Pro (http://www.macropool.de/en/
2. Surfulater (http://www.surfulater.com/
3. MyBase (http://www.wjjsoft.com/mybase.html
4. MyInfo (http://www.milenix.com/
I find that WebResearch Pro and Surfulater are the best products for this task. Both are excellent and the choice between them would be more about visual preference and workflow style.

Personally, I use the MyBase+WebCollect combination (www.wjjsoft.com).
If you just want to save the pages in the order you see them, you first open (1st time create) your WEBPAGE file. Then, on each new page press CTRL+SHIFT+S. A dialog window will open. Just press enter to save the page. It's pretty quick after the first time.
You can also make a save to a particular spot in a`MyBase file and can move pages around as well as copy/cut and paste them.
