Checkvist (http://checkvist.com is a collaborative online outliner and checklist that
supports "natural" keyboard shortcuts and concurrent editing. We tried to provide the same
user experience as you have in desktop outliners.

If you share your outline with others, you can edit them simultaneously,
send and receive notifications. You can also get daily digest of changes in your outlines.

The application has multiple import/export capabilities, supports OPML, text, Cofluence wiki, and HTML formats.

There are some options to decorate items, and to print outlines. In text of the items you can use HTML markup.

There is also an iGoogle gadget and a browser bookmarklet for quick adding items which refer to web page or GMail message.

What else? The application has both free and Pro plans, written on
Ruby-on-Rails, we tried to keep the interface very spartan and enhance
the user experience with AJAX magic.
