New Outliner for Windows

I can confirm that UV Outliner won’t run off a USB device plugged into a PC without .NET 3.5. That will drastically limit its useability for me as I would have used it at work. A shame.

Yep, unfortunately, if you are unable to install .NET framework 3.5 on the computer with XP, nothing can be done here. Sorry.
After migration to Windows 7, there will be no such problem.
