Hi folks, long time lurker, first time poster here.

I became fascinated with GrandView after reading about it here, and after some kicking about I think I have enough information to build a viable converter to something more modern.

Trouble is, I'm on Linux and all the main outlining tools seem to be on Mac... do we know of any outlining tools that reliably speak OPML on Linux (or, failing that, Windows; I am a comfortable Wine user), so I can verify if the output makes sense?

I ask because I'm not ready to give up GV just yet as a tool but I figured people having an actual GV converter might find that useful, and OPML looks like it doesn't support all the things GV does (in particular I'm really not clear on how documents attached to nodes should work, let alone the extra fields you can put in GV such as dates, where they should go)

I did find a list of OPML handlers on the OPML site but half the links are defunct and I figured if anyone would know... it'd be the folks here.
