Outliner's Utopia

How close can we get to an outliner’s utopia with what currently exists?
For me, utopia must include access even before functionality. I want to get to my outlines from PC, Mac, iPhone, and browser.
Google Tasks (the Gmail Labs add-in) would rank 10 out of 10 in this. Works great from any web browser. I have it bookmarked in my iPhone and it is fantastic.
Now I want to start adding functionality. Google Tasks is so tiny, even in a full browser. And I’d like to be able to expand/collapse levels. And I want keyboard shortcuts for moving, expanding, etc.
Any other outliners that have perfect 10 (or even 9) access but with more features than Google Tasks?

Well for one thing, I personally wouldn’t give 10 out of 10 on access to Google services, as I would want access even when I am offline. In this sense, the one application I have tried that I satisfies my access needs 100% is Evernote—though it falls behind in its actual features (it isn’t really an outliner though its hierarchical tags do go a long way in that respect).
For the moment I haven’t seen any web-only service that satisfies me feature-wise.

Well, I do not know if a perfect 10 exists, since everybody has a different idea of what is perfect, but I will say that Toodledo has reasonably nice access. The client for the iPhone is quite good, and it offers many useful features. Its certainly worth consideration IMHO.

I don’t give the Google services a 10 but I do use them daily. You can now use Gmail, Reader, Calendar and I think Docs all offline using Google Gears.
