CT still appears to run fine for me on 24H2, running in compatibility mode for Windows 8. However, I'm running Windows on Parallels. So who knows, maybe Parallels somehow impacts this error?

I've been demoing MyInfo for a couple weeks now, but I just can't wrap my head around it. I haven't found any videos or even screenshots to show its capabilities. I am at a loss on how this software. It just looks like a simple Windows text editor or a note list.

The help menu brings up an online MyInfo Manual which is mostly text based. Since I am more of a visual learner, I need, at least, some examples on how to get started with it.
