There was a discussion a long time ago about implementing a second tree view. I don’t know how or why I would use it, but there are workarounds that accomplish similar things.

I don’t know what would be added. The latest list of changes is here: https://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthread.php?t=5812 and they’re either useful UI enhancements or bugfixes. I expect UR to continue as a hierarchical data organiser focused on item attributes, keywords, forms and saved searches. I particularly like the fact that items can have multiple parents and that searches can be nested.
What I would like to see, but I don’t expect it to happen, is an Android app so I can access the data on my phone. A minor feature that I would like to have is Word Count, but since UR’s primary function is as a PIM and not a writing program, it doesn’t surprise me that it’s missing.
