Does anyone know of a software where you can store questions and various possible answers and create a databases of question/answer pairs, then create a quiz out of a selection of those questions? I was looking at some online courses which offer quizzes along with theory, and being able to have one's own quiz bank to consult for practice would be really useful.

Perhaps Quizlet?

Any flashcard app ought to be able to do this. Including remnote and anki.
