Outline+ updates

I’m going to reprise my role as your contrarian today, Bill, and advise caution whenever dealing with Outline+. I’ve not yet worked with today’s release (the iCloud Drive sync feature Bill mentions)—but over the years the app has had several catastrophic updates that trashed sync and notebooks. So—be backed-up and be careful.

OTOH, OneNote on other platforms gets incrementally better and it’s less important to have a OneNote wannabe. Just my opinion, of course.
