Sister forum launched to discuss theory, psychology, etc.

Since it seems that recently quite a few topics have tended to veer off into the territory of theory, psychology, brain science, etc., and away from software, I have decided to launch a sister forum for discussion of those topics. I know quite a few of us seem interested in those topics, but many others may wish that we would limit ourselves on this forum to the discussion of software and its application only.
