Grandview was always my favorite, but I spent years on ThinkTank first. I also tried Ecco, and it was really a nice package, but required a lot more work to use (I thought).
If we don’t find a replacement soon, would it be worth a new program? Or would it be a niche of only a couple dozen people? Personally, I would like to see GrandView (or CloneView) running on NT/2000 and Linux, maybe even as OpenSource, so it could continue on.
We’ve done some preliminary coding, making up parts of the ThinkTank functionality, but haven’t made a real product ‘cuz we weren’t sure anyone else would use it.
Let me know if you all think it would be worth persuing, and whether anyone would be willing to test versions along the way.
What should we call it ;-) None of the previous names seem to have any relationship to each other. Think we could reuse THinkTank or GrandView since they are no longer around?
