1. I have used GrandView under Win 3.1, 95, 98 with absolutely NO problems. The only difficulty (as with all DOS programs)is that one can only cut/copy one page of it at a time if one wants to paste into another program.
2. GV files translate well into Inspiration files. Let me know if you wish to know how. (Expect 10 day delay in my response.)
3. Three tree-based outliners worth trying:
Skwyrul (do search for home pg)
Jot+ (http://www.kingstairs.com ; now undergoing Beta for ver 2.5)
Maple (http://www.shellfishsoft.com)
InfoMagic may also have a new version.
