I have used it briefly, and I feel like I do about all Windows-based outlining…it seems to be too heavy on formatting and too light on fast text entry and rearragement. I would be happy with an outliner that did only Courier New in 12-pts if it would be a good brainstorming tool. Unfortunately, the formatting, fonts, colors, italics, and other glitzy GUI interface stuff overpowers the utility of it as a text tool.
