Does anyone know how I might buy a used copy of Maxthink for DOS?

I think that you can still buy it new, from MaxThink.com.

Don't know what price you had in mind, but originally Neil Larson (MaxThink Inc.) charged $79.
Neil is probably actualizing (prototyping) his new website, so his site http://maxthink.com is out of the air in this period.
You could try to send him an e-mail: neil@maxthink.com, although I'm not sure if that works right now.
Question: why are you specifically interested in "Maxthink for DOS"?
