Just happened across this Palm "outliner", LifeBalance, <http://www.llamagraphics.com/&gt It's an outliner and a To Do substitute. It uses it's own database not the Palm's To Do. It can link to the Datebook database for alarms etc.

Just installed it last night so I can't say too much. The concept is interesting and so far the program is fine. Of course it's not nearly as full featured as MORE or Acta but it does have some nice twists. I think it will take some time to see the benefits. It doesn't have desktop application version to sync to. Haven't found a good one yet.

Arranger (http://www.olivebr.com can include and create items from ALL the Palm built-in databases: memos, addresses, to-do's, datebook entries, and expenses.

It will also open a number of substitutes for the built-in Palm apps. I use Address+, Action Names, pedit, ToDo Plus.

Check out a column by Jeff Kirwin (http://www.jeffkirvin.com/writingonyourpalm/column000104.htm which alerted me to the possibilities of Arranger.
