Another option for those who’ve found no substitute for More 3.1 is to run Basilisk, the mac emulator on Windows 98/NT. Printing can be accomplished by using PrintToPdf, which works well. If anyone has problems setting this up I’ll gladly make a help file and a disk image that boots 7.5.5 and has More and PrintToPdf on it.
In any case, I’m sure most of you can figure it out from what I’ve already written.
Essentially you’ll have to get a few programs to solve the lack of outliners problem. Still, this is not that much trouble, and these programs live with my NT4 machine well.
My setup includes PIII500 running basilisk, OS 8.1, More 3.1, and PrintToPdf (7.5 is free). Only PrintToPDF is shareware. The only catch is that you have to have an old 68K machine to legally run this setup. I bought an LCIII for $20.
