I don’t recall what exactly changed, although I do recall having made a fix or two after 3.1 shipped. We typically did a separate release for localization that had some minor differences—usually related to preferences such as units, etc. That would affect compression as well.

The December 1991 timeframe sounds right for the International release.

Was this Swedish build an English version?
