Thanks for the kind words. You are totally correct in your observation that I unfairly omitted visual “thought organizers” (for want of a better term). As you inferred, they have the advantage of enabling one to map relationships that are nonlinear and which have complex interconnections.
I have never been a “visual” thinker. In fact, on a (many, many years ago) high school IQ test, the visualization portion was the only part I did not do well on.
Inspiration is well worth the $69.95 price AND it’s use has actually had a beneficial effect on me. I have always disliked all but the simplest diagrams. In fact, when I see a complex one, I actually recoil. Yet, in using Inspiration to construct a step-by-step guidance document, I’ve found myself also using it to create diagrams to help the users of the guidance understand parts of the process.
