FJ & All,
I have not used InfoSelect long enough to really comment intelligently. It appears that there is a primary file called “Overview.” You can add information to the Overview file and save that information in a new file. It also appears that you can recall information in another InfoSelect file into the Overview file whenever you want. So your Overview file can remain reasonably small and yet show and work with information from many other large files. So far, I have not found a print preview.
If you like Action Outline, you really should try Jot+ (http://www.kingstairs.com).
I actually purchased InfoTree32 XT and used it for a while. But I had problems with emails I pasted into it (I was locked out of doing some things) and establishing links was a pain.
I never heard of Information Explorer. Will have to find it (do you have a URL for it?).
PC Brainforst has to be purchased & there is no indication of a satisfaction guarantee.
