For mine, PC-Outline for Windows is looking very promising indeed, but then I have used PC-Outline for 10 years and was longing for a Windows version that could export outlines to Word for dressing up etc. It seems that it is a very personal choice. However, PC-Outline is a very good outlining program that doesn’t try to do too much. One of the things that I like is that you can carry it in your pocket on a floppy and set it up on any WinTel computer (owner permitting) since it is only 500k. That means you can carry your files on the same floppy.
