Is anyone familiar with MaxThink? In years past, I found the DOS version to be very useful as an idea processor for scientific writing and preparation of manuscripts. Its a bit frustrating, however, that there is no Windows or Mac version available.

Do you think MaxThink is a good program for Windows-based machines even though it is only a DOS program? What is the best Windows-based outlining program you know of?
