I think one of the idiosyncratic behaviors I’ve found in NoteMap is related to what SD and DC have found. Say, I create a note and then move on to other notes. If I later go back to an earlier note, click on its text and make an addition or edit, the addition or edit will disappear when I leave editing mode, UNLESS I first click on the text of another note. If I do that and then return to the note with the edit and leave the edit mode, the edit I made is retained.
