A recurring problem, many very attractive programs become less attractive when you realise that they only add 10 - 20% funcionality over the programs you already use, and give 80-90% duplication of what you are already using.
This makes it very diffiult to work out how it fits in with the programs you are already using.
As to the live links between Zoot and Biblioscape, I think I have come to accept that a quest for integration is doomed to failure and that some duplication and manual intervention is inevitable.
I now seem to have ended up with Zoot, Biblioscape and Onfolio with FireFox as my basic data gathering tools. DTsearch is the “pull it all together” tool, but with Zoot at the centre.
I still need a better file manager, and I’m not sure whether to upgrade my Dopus registration or to look at Total Commander. I stopped using Dopus, as it persitently crashed my PC, but this may no longer be a problem.
