Just for info.
As some of know, TimeTo is almost a direct copy of A&B, something I queried with the developer of TimeTo, before buying a license.
The tone of his reply was along the lines that TimeTo was being developed with the blessing of Greg Thorne, the developer of A&B. As the devlopment of A&B seemed to have ground to a halt, and for a long time had seen only minor development, this seemed perfectly possible.
However, Greg Thorne has just posted a message on the TimeTo support forum saying that he considers TimeTo to be an illegal copy of A&B.
He has also just released a beta of a new version of A&B, which seems to be mainly a bug fixes and few minor tweaks, compared to the last release in 2004.
I have had a lot of correspomndence with David Berman who is developing TimeTo and he seems a very nice chap, so I hope he and Greg can sort something out.
