Dominik,

Yes I am very taken by ADM, and my original interest in MyBase was for a very specific purpose, just with these new features pusing me into thinking of its wider applications.

A few years ago, I would have rushed to register ADM, within days of running the trial.

However, having done this sort of thing several times before: moved my data across, re-structured my workflow, occasionally bought new programs that integrate better with this new program and worked with the new set up for a few months. I have always returned to using Zoot, in spite of its serious limitations.

I am now getting desperate for the new version of Zoot, and rumblings of it not being that far away are detracting me from committing to any new program like ADM.

Havng said that, the key limitations of no RTF and the size limit of items, were promised for the next release when I originally bought Zoot 2, which might actually be almost 10 years ago now.

I actually still get annoyed that time was spent on the Zoot Outlook integration, as I thought it detracted from developing the core functions of the program. I am even more annoyed that you cannot fully get rid of Outlook functions, eg even if you aren’t using the PIM features, they are still fully listed in the pop up menus.

Enough of this winging.
