Thanks Steve; I admit that the price was a reason that I hadn’t looked at Writer’s Blocks in the past. (In the meantime, of course, I have succumbed to much more expensive software).

Another reason was that I considered WB a, well, writer’s creative tool and Brainstorm has more than covered this area for me.

However, assuming that WB can handle RTF and hyperlinks I will definitely give it a try; it is interesting if a tool like that can be used for something quite different than what it was intended for (like StoryView being used for project management).
