Phil’s not getting rid of the support forum for Citation is what has caused me to make caustic comparisons with Jim Lewis of InfoSelect.

I think the way to go is to talk directly by phone with the people at The Right Direction, and let them know what the problems are, and the kind of support you want.

I have talked with The Right Direction a few times about different things, and have found them reasonably helpful.

I got Nota Bene from them at a greatly reduced price—for which I am grateful given that I am unlikely to ever use it.
