Yes, that’s certainly true but, if that is the case, he should do something about it instead of wringing his hands - e.g., take the forum off the askSam site, where its moribund state just irritates Citation’s registered users - and gives askSam a bad name for its support into the bargain.

Oberon, Citation’s ostensible owner (“The Right Direction” seems to be hooked with it, too) claims to have forum(s) linked to their support page, but it is impossible to access them. On http://www.citationonline.net/forums/ I get the Error message 403 :Access is forbidden on this server.”

This may be some temporary glitch but it has been going on since at least 18th December 2005.

I hate to bang on about what others probably think is a trivial issue, but I hate to see people’s questions going unanswered. Poor support is quite unacceptable IMHO.
