Alx,

This list is without doubt one of the most useful ones that I am a member of.

So far I am most impressed with TextMaker, but it does have a few bugs which I hope they can sort out, none my changes to the defaults are being saved, including adding styles, and the default style names have changed to German. So far no crashes, but I haven’t used it for real yet.

Nor can I figure out how to cross reference figures and tables. My emails to support and question on the support forum have gone unanswered. Maybe its the time of year.

Actually, all of the programs looks promising, depdnding on your specific requirments. I love Yeah Write, but cannot figure out what I would use it for :-(
