Dominik, thanks for the link to YourTree; I think it’s been mentioned here before, and I had actually downloaded it but never tried it out.
In fact, simple as YT may seem, the features you mention are indeed quite powerful. The metadata templates provided are mainly related to genealogy but one can set their own data fields, limited unfortunately to text and dates.
What I liked most is an incredibly commonsense but equally rare feature: the ability to print the tree as a graphic, rather than as a list.
Given that the .EXE is a meagre 316 k based around the Microsoft .NET framework, as other outliners are, I would expect this kind of functionality to be broadly available by now, yet it is not. The same goes for graphically printing directory structures, a feature that as far as I know is only provided by PrimeOption’s freeware YourDir (64k).
On the other hand, graphical printing is provided by virtually all mind mapping programs.
