Graham -

I have Citation v8, too, but haven’t used it much; I’m still using Papyrus for DOS, and bought Citation as a route out. I had been thinking about upgrading to v9 but - as you say - the support forum (one of the askSam forums) seems to have been comatose for some months, so I am reluctant to make any further investment.

Biblioscape provides an interesting alternative, although I have found it a little fragile and geared more towards the natural than social sciences and humanities (nothing wrong with that, of course :-))
