I am currently testing it to maintain a small projects database for our company (small referring to the projects); the kind of minor but significant issues from plumbing to web hosting to new name cards.

Notebox Disorganizer works as a two-dimensional list of to-do items in the various categories; the Brainstorm models within the cells contain all the relevant notes for the specific items.

In practice, the main thing I am currently missing is printing of the grid for pasting on a bulletin board; I’ve gotten around this via screen capture and printing but it’s far from ideal.
