May I add:
Most anticipated info management program: Zoot 32-bit
A few comments on two of your excellent selections:
I think Ultra Recall's success stems as much from its feature power as from its developers' willingness to listen to users' feedback through the public forum, without losing their focus. As you've commented elsewhere, their original concept might have its inherent handicaps; I personally am confident that Kinook's approach is versatile enough to find solutions to the important issues, though no concept will ever please everybody.
Sycon, on the other hand, doesn't publicly discuss much of its development roadmap, though they are obviously open to users' suggestions. Their product is the equivalent of a classic German car: powerful, reliable and well-serviced; as for looks, you either like it or you don't.

May I add:
***Product with the most potential: Omea Pro***
If you look at the product today & read what the developers have in mind for the future, it looks pretty good.
***Best Palm App: Bonsai 4.0***
Their new release now supports "Next Action" filter (great if are into GTD) Plus, the windows version is great as a stand-alone outliner app.
