Graham,

Don’t know if I’m aware of any program that meets all your requirements, but I would suggest looking at MyInfo by Milenix (http://www.milenix.com) which comes close and costs $50 US. For free software, take a look at NeoMem (http://www.neomem.org), which has a lot of what you’re looking for (although I’m unsure how it works with OLE objects). Some other options to consider:

Jot+ (http://www.kingstairs.com) $30

ActionOutline (http://www.greenparots.com) $40

MyBase (http://www.wjjsoft.com) $40 (plus $20 for the Web capture plug in)
