Alexander,
I would like to hear about your ultimate decisions regarding these programs when you get to a point where you draw your conclusions. I flirt with the idea of using a more visual information manager, but so far have found them to be too expensive (Mind Manager), somewhat limited in their ability to handle a lot of information (Personal Brain), or too quirky (Aibase).
I have been trying not to make impulsive purchases, especially of software that costs over $50 US. (Attempting to control my CRIMP.) So I have been reluctant to spend a lot of money for, say, Mind Manager only to find it really doesn’t fill my needs. It will be educational to see where you end up in your process of evaluation.
