Which apparently trivial differences prove crucial? At least, someone should first e-mail the hosting service or Dave Winer to find out why the problem exists and whether it will continue. If there’s no response or no satisfactory response, it would be hard to defend remaining here. >One post I made was an offer to host a forum at no charge on my server, the other was about the new release of Surfulater and whinge about this place. If anyone has copies of these please e-mail them to me. See http://www.surfulater.com/contact.html for my e-mail address.< This surprises me. Seriously. Given the ostensible convenience of Surfulator, why didn’t you surfulate your message before posting it? I always copy messages into ClipMate 7 or the current ClipCache beta (both of these hierarchical clip managers is undergoing remarkable development at the moment).Copying into either these program is automatic whenever you executed ctrl-C or ctrl-X or their equivalent. What does it take to get the matter into Surfulator? Stephen R. Diamond
