Alx, the point of unclarity for me was not downloading the attachment because the Launchy site offered to create the xml file.
I think, for people like me who aren’t great following directions, it would have been better to say:
The attachment is already set up specifically for UR. Do not attempt to create the xml file from the Launchy site.
