My experience as well.

[Presuming Lunchy works for most UR/Firefox users, I can understand why Firefox integration may have slipped down the priority scale for Kinook.]

I tend to agree; I would much rather have developers spending their time in broadening the _spectrum_ of applications their program integrates with, i.e. browsers, word processors, spreadsheets, databases etc, rather than the _brands_ within each category.

If UltraRecall integrates well with Outlook for e-mail, I do not think integrating with Thunderbird should be their next priority, notwithstanding the fact that I personally prefer not to use Outlook.
