MORE 3.1 installation

I just discovered MORE, and it's wonderful! However, I am having a problem installing it under Mac OS 10.3.9 using the disk images. The installer starts fine, but dies after placing the three files "MORE 3.1", "Read Me MORE 3.1", and "TeachText" in the "/MORE 3.1" directory.
I'm not sure if the problem is accessing the second disk image (Utilities 1) or uncompressing the files there. The installation window disappears before I can read any error messages.
I can use MORE itself without installing the rest, of course, but I'd like to find out what the libraries are all about. A help file would be nice, too.
Does anybody know how I can debug the installation to see what's going on? Or even better, does anybody have a solution? Or could somebody please email me the uncompressed files so I can install them manually?
